CONDITIONS

Rental conditions

Drivers must be over 21 years of age and must be on a full licence.

Overseas drivers must either have an international licence or an english translated licence.

INSURANCE CONDITIONS

Vehicles are insured subject to the terms of the agreement and are subject to the following excesses.

CARS

Drivers over 25 years of age, an excess of $750 applies. This amount can be reduced to $200 by paying an additional $15 per day

Drivers over 21 years but under 25 years, an excess of $2000 applies. This can be reduced to $1500 by paying an additional $15 per day.

An additional excess of $750 for drivers over 25 years, or $2000 for over 21 but under 25 years, applies for damage sustained as a result of driving on unsealed roads, or in the event of a single vehicle accident.

COMMERCIALS

Drivers over 25 years of age, an excess of $1500 applies, This amount can be reduced to $750 by paying an additional $15 per day.

Drivers over 21 years but under 25 years, an excess of $2000 applies, This amount can be reduced to $1000 by paying an additional $15 per day.

An additional excess of $1500 for drivers over 25 years, or $2000 for over 21 but under 25 years, applies for damage sustained as a result of driving on unsealed roads, or in the event of a single vehicle accident.

SECURITY BOND

A security bond of $300 is required upon hiring of vehicle (refundable). This is to ensure the vehicle is returned in good, clean condition (windscreen, tyres, etc) and with a full tank of fuel.

CAMPERVANS AND MOTORHOMES

Campervan and Motorhome Rentals offer the following insurance conditions.

2 Berth Sprinter and 4/6 Berth Motorhome

There is a $2000 excess and is payable in the event of an accident by cash or credit card and can be reduced by an additional fee applied to the daily rental rate.

Insurance does not include the following.

Personal belongings of the renter and we would recommend the renter take out their own personal insurance.

Damage caused by willful misconduct and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Cost to replace keys where the they have been lost and the fee of getting the new keys to the renter.

An extra set of keys can be supplied at a cost of $50 per rental and refunded totally when all returned.

Overhead and under body damage to the vehicle.

If vehicle has been stuck or bogged on unsuitable roads the recovering vehicle is at the renters expense.

Incorrect use of fuel (fuel being diesel or petrol). the renter is responsible for any costs associated.

Any water damage to the vehicle either internal or external.

No vehicle is to be driven on unsealed roads and where ever this is proven a fee will be applied, exception to this is the gravel roads on Bruney Island.

Please note that in the event that the vehicle is written off or in a major accident you will be liable and forfeit the security bond and the excess will be payable.

2/3 Berth and 2/4 Berth Toyota Hiace Hi Top

There is a $1500 excess and is payable in the event of an accident by cash or credit card and can be reduced for an additional fee applied to the rental rate.

Insurance does not cover.

On return of campervan there will be a $24 gas charge applied to credit card or deducted from cash bond.
